Virtual Group Sessions

Group consulting and coaching sessions to help you overcome trauma from abuse, unpack that bag of gifts and talents on the inside from God, and whatever else you need help with at CHA! Virtual group sessions are a great way to connect with fellow trauma survivors to get the additional support you need for trauma healing and beyond. 

Group support sessions are for a maximum of 5 people so everyone gets a chance to speak and ask questions. 

Your information is kept confidential and I operate with the highest ethical standards. I look forward to working with you and helping you overcome those triggers, unpack that bag, or any obstacle you need help overcoming!
