Shipping policy

Shipping rates for physical products are determined by the shipping carrier. The distributors offer several shipping options for the consumer to choose from (i.e. USPS, DHL, UPS). 

Shipping rates and times will vary based on the consumer's location and the shipping method they choose. Shipping rates are determined at checkout when they choose their preferred shipping method. 

Delivery of virtual or phone consulting and coaching sessions are based on the day and time the survivor books. If there is a significant time zone difference, Michelle Dickey and the survivor communicate via email to work out a time and date that works best. When the survivor books a session they keep the slot and emails are exchanged to work around the time zone differences.

For example, if in Australia and 14 hours ahead of ET and the survivor booked on a Tuesday at 6:45 pm ET, the sessions would be 8:45 am their time on Wednesday and if that doesn't work for them, we work out a better time while they keep their booked slot. For further clarification if needed, you can always contact Michelle and the methods are listed in the 'Contact Information' section on the website.
