Refund policy

Refunds are not available for completed consulting and coaching sessions or for digital products. 

If a session is missed, clients have 24 hours to reschedule the session. If they do not reschedule either by email or the link in the confirmation email, a refund will be processed within the next 24 hours. If a session is canceled by the client, a refund is processed within 24 hours from the cancelation date. 

Refunds for physical products are handled by third parties, Printful and Lulu Direct. Each distributor sends a return slip with each order for the customer to fill out and send the product back to them for a refund. Processing times for refunds by Printful and Lulu Direct are determined by the distributor.
