The Spiritual Mind

As we come to realize post narcissistic abuse, we are chosen children of God and that means we must re-develop and maintain our spiritual mindset. Having a spiritual mind allows us to fight this spiritual battle for the mind a whole lot better! A spiritual mind is an essential component for evolving and transforming into the best version of ourselves that God created. 

When we make it to the other side of that rainbow in God's reality where we obtain emotional regulation, aka the balance between the spiritual and physical, we understand better what God is talking about in Romans 8:6 regarding the spiritual mindset. When we still had somewhat of a carnal mind, we faced all kinds of drama, chaos, and confusion. Since God is not the author of confusion we unlearn that too! 

Another reason for maintaining a spiritual mindset is to avoid being confused like we once were under that cloud of cognitive dissonance. We learn to properly discern between the real evil and the real good with a spiritual mindset. One of many gifts for God's chosen is to see in the spiritual realm and know who is demonically possessed vs who is not. That is a significant part of this spiritual battle for the mind. 

Once we re-develop and maintain our spiritual minds, it becomes easier to adapt to the new spiritual norm while living a physical experience on this planet. Only with a spiritual mindset can we adapt to the emotional regulation that comes with this mindset, helping us keep and protect our inner peace. Our spiritual minds will also keep us together in spirit fellow warriors! Glory be to God.
