Virtual Consulting and Coaching Group Sessions

Transform your life with CHA's group consulting and coaching sessions! CHA is a ministry specializing in narcissistic abuse and trauma recovery with God's wisdom, basic scientific facts, tried and true techniques and more to help you transform your life and become the best version of yourself God created you to be. Group sessions are virtual every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 8 to 9 pm Central Time. 

New to CHA? You will be asked three simple questions during our first session. 

1. What brings you to CHA? 
2. How old are you? 
3. Are you comfortable self-reflecting? 

Then we begin with whatever you need help with for your healing and growth. Group sessions are for a maximum of 5 people so everyone gets a chance to speak and ask questions.
