Part 2 is all about the ruminating phase post-narcissistic abuse and how that includes accepting the narcissistic abuser is a narcissistic abuser. Once the initial shock wears off, after we have accepted the abuse occurred, we enter the ruminating phase. This is a natural part of the healing process and God helps us connect the dots during this phase too. By connecting the dots, we are able to accept that the narc is a narc, something the enemy would like to not see happen.
