Virtual Life Skills Group Sessions

Group life skills sessions are a great way to learn the skills you need as a trauma survivor to live independently from the abuser (s) to thrive while becoming the best version God created you to be! Abusers often prevent their victims from learning the necessary life skills to live independently from them. At CHA, we offer those skills so you can finally live your best life without the abuser! 

Group life skills sessions are for up to 10 people and the subject changes periodically. The current topic as of November 2023 is 'Basic Tech Skills.' After all, we are in the era of technology and without some basic skills, it can be more challenging to navigate your new life narc-free. So let's get to it!
