Learning How to Live Again Post Narcissistic Abuse PT1

When we are awakened by God to narcissistic abuse and narcissism, it takes a bit to sort through the real evil of this world. As we sort through all the evil of this world, we go through a season where we must learn how to live life again. With narcissists we were programmed to live a certain way and in God's reality, we must change that thinking to start living God's way. 

As we re-learn how to live again in God's reality, it can be challenging because we must undo a lot of programming of the subconscious mind. Remember, Romans 12:2 is very real. We must be transformed by the renewing of the mind. We will not be forever programmed by the narcissistic matrix. We will always unlearn and relearn what we need from God to learn how to live our lives again post-narcissistic abuse. 

I will be talking about this in videos and podcasts going forward because there is a lot to unpack when it comes to learning to live again post-narcissistic abuse.
